Lunch Garden is a relaxed and informal restaurant chain with 75 locations throughout Belgium, offering a range of homemade, traditional Belgian favourites for the whole family.
Lunch Garden wanted to implement a new CRM and automate their Digital Marketing. In addition, they were eager to develop a loyalty app. They called on strategic help to establish the proper digital marketing vision and ensure the feasibility of reports in Tableau – the new BI environment implemented by us.
Our specific expertise was required to manage the collaboration between the different Service & Marketing clouds in Salesforce and to unlock the potential of data in the Tableau environment (BI).
